Please note! Before using the string lights, the solar panel must be fully charged using a USB cable. The charging time is 13 hours for the 30W panel. Charging the solar panel improves the product's lifespan.
Want to add more atmosphere to your garden, veranda or balcony? Then look no further. This solar string light creates a warm, inviting glow. Its distinctive W-shaped filament gives a playful effect in an extra warm white colour (2200K). Powered entirely by solar energy, the string is easy to install and kind to the environment, and because it doesn't need a power socket, you can place it anywhere you like.
The cord has a solar panel with a built-in battery. During the day, the battery charges from sunlight, and once it gets dark, the lights come on. No sun? You can also charge the cord with a USB cable. The solar panel has a built-in light sensor, so the lights switch on automatically in the dark. There's an on/off switch too, for when you don't want to use the string, and a built-in timer that switches the lights off automatically after 8 hours. You can set the string to four different modes:
You can also set the light intensity to 2 different settings: full brightness (15 hours of light) or low brightness (18 hours of light).
See the manual for the Solar string light for more information.
A solar lamp needs plenty of daylight to charge so it can shine in the evening. The more sunshine the panel captures during the day, the better the battery charges, and the more light it can give once it's dark. If the lamp has had little or no light on a cloudy day, the battery won't be as full, so it may shine for a shorter time in the dark, or not come on at all. In winter, the sun isn't always strong enough for solar products to charge fully.
The solar string lights will therefore shine for longer in summer and shorter in winter.
Before use, fully charge the battery of a solar lamp with a USB cable. This solar string light has an on/off switch. Turn the switch to 'off' and connect the panel. Charge the panel for at least five hours.
The light temperature is expressed in Kelvin. This string of lights has a colour temperature of 2200K. The string of lights has an IP rating of 65. This means that the string is weatherproof and can be left outside all year round. The lights have a sturdy polycarbonate casing. The LED bulbs have a long lifespan. In the unlikely event that a bulb breaks, you can easily replace it.
