The most flexible spotlight
Unlike a recessed or surface-mounted spotlight, a track spotlight can be moved along the track whenever you need to change the lighting. If you move a painting or reposition your kitchen island, you can simply slide the spotlight to a new position. The entire track is powered from a single connection point, so you don’t need additional junction boxes.
Track spotlight or fixed spotlight?
If you know exactly where you want the light and prefer a sleek ceiling, recessed spotlights are a great choice. If recessed installation isn’t possible and you want the spotlight in a fixed position, a surface-mounted spotlight is a practical choice. If you’re still deciding on the layout, renting your home or want the option to add more spotlights later, a track system gives you greater flexibility. You can adjust both the number of spotlights and their position as your needs change.
More than just spotlights
You can combine different types of lighting on the same track. Alongside rotatable spotlights, you’ll find track pendant lights with amber or smoked glass, sleek tube pendant lights and suspended lamp holders with an E27 bulb fitting. This allows you to hang a pendant light above the dining table while directing spotlights towards a wall or cabinet nearby. All components in our 1-phase range can be combined with each other. For the complete range, including tracks, sets and accessories, take a look at our track lighting.
Which bulb do you choose?
Our track spotlights have a GU10 bulb fitting. The bulb is not included, so you can choose the ambience and brightness that suit your space. Take a look at our range of GU10 bulbs and choose a narrow beam angle to highlight a piece of art or worktop, or a wide beam angle for general lighting. Need help connecting your track system?
