Dimming without a dimmer

The 3-step dimmable LED bulb has a built-in dimming function, so you can easily dim the light using the on/off switch. That gives you the flexibility to use the bulbs as ambient lighting or turn them up for more light, with no changes to your wiring. Ideal in a rented home or if you'd rather not fit a dimmer.

How does it work?

You can dim to three levels: 100%, 50% and 7%. Briefly switch the light off and on once to cycle between them. If you switch it off normally, the bulb remembers the setting you last chose. If several bulbs are on one switch, they all change together.

Note: no external dimmer

Important: this E14 bulb is not compatible with external dimmers, as the dimming function is already built into the bulb. If you already have a dimmer in the wall, choose a standard dimmable E14 bulb, which you can dim smoothly.

If you want the same convenience elsewhere in the home, there are 3-step dimmable E27, GU10 and G9 bulbs too. The light colour is expressed in Kelvin: 2700K is warm white, and 2200K matches the colour of candlelight.
