What is a starter set?
Want to create your own modern 1-phase track system? A starter set gives you everything you need to install the track on your ceiling. The set is ready-made and includes the track, connection block, end cap and mounting materials. Simply add the track spotlights of your choice and, where needed, the right bulbs.
What is included?
A 1.5-metre starter set consists of two 75 cm track sections, one connection block, one end cap, one straight connector and mounting materials. 3-metre starter sets are also available. You can combine the track with a wide range of track spotlights in different models and colours. For a more distinctive look, you can also combine the system with suspended track spotlights.
Starter sets in four colours
Choose a colour that works with your ceiling and spotlights: black creates a sleek contrast against a white ceiling and is our most popular colour; white blends in with a white ceiling, keeping the focus on the light; beige adds a soft, warm touch and works well with natural tones; and brown pairs well with wood and earthy colours.
Starter set or complete track set?
A starter set contains the track and mounting materials, but does not include spotlights. This gives you the freedom to choose exactly which spotlights you want, including different models in the same system. If you prefer everything in one set, choose a complete track set, which includes the spotlights. You simply choose the number of spotlights you need. For complete freedom over the length and layout of your system, take a look at the separate lighting tracks and accessories.
Extending and connecting
To create a U-shape, you need at least one extra track and two 90-degree connectors. For a T-shape, you need one extra track, one end cap and one T-connector. If the power connection is in the middle of the track, you can order a two-sided connection block separately. The track is 3.4 cm wide. If the junction box is wider than the track, choose a square cover plate for a neat finish. Need help connecting the track? View the track lighting manual.
The track spotlights are fitted with GU10 lamp holders. Bulbs are not included, so you can choose the style and brightness that suit your space.
