Please note: The lights are IP20 and may only be hung in dry places, such as under a pergola. The Solar panel is IP44 and may be hung in the rain.
Are you looking for unique lighting for under your pergola? This solar light string with small round lights is ideal for this. This solar light string is powered entirely by Solar-powered energy. This means you do not need a power socket. This makes the light string very practical and environmentally friendly. The light string comes with 20 unique small lights. The small round lights give the string light a unique look and provide good and beautiful lighting. These string lights will be a real eye-catcher.
See the manual for the solar string lights for more information.
The string has a solar panel with a battery. The solar panel has a built-in light sensor, which automatically turns on the light in the dark. There is also a handy on/off switch in case you do not want any light in the evening. In addition, there is an automatic timer in the solar panel, which ensures that the lighting turns off after 8 hours of use. The String light can be set to 4 different modes: standard, flashing, fast flashing and double flashing. You can attach the solar panel in two ways: you can attach the solar panel to the wall or you can use the supplied pin to stick the solar panel into the ground.
A solar lamp needs a lot of light during the day to charge and burn in the evening. The more hours of sunshine the solar panel can capture during the day, the better the battery will be charged to release energy in the form of light in the dark. Has the lamp been able to capture little or no light on a cloudy day? Then the battery will be less fully charged and the lamp may burn for less time in the dark, or even not give any light at all. During the winter period, the sun will therefore not always be powerful enough for solar products to charge properly. The solar string lights will therefore burn longer in summer and shorter in winter.
Not only is the sun an important factor, but the angle at which the sun shines on the solar panel is also very important. The more perpendicular the angle, the better the battery will charge. Therefore, make sure to place the solar panel in a sunny spot facing south. Cleaning the solar panel regularly will extend the life and burning time of your solar lamp.
Before use, fully charge the battery-powered lamp of a solar lamp. This solar string light has an on/off switch. Set the switch to 'off' and place the panel in a sunny spot. Leave the panel there for a few days (depending on the number of hours of sunshine) so that the battery has a chance to fully charge. You can then turn the switch to 'on' and enjoy your Solar lighting in the evening. With this solar string light, it is also possible to charge the battery with a USB cable (not included).
The Solar panel has an IP44 protection rating. This means that the panel can be left outside in the rain, whatever the weather. The lights, on the other hand, are IP20 and should only be hung in dry places, such as under a pergola.
The lights have a virtually unbreakable polycarbonate shade. The LED lights have a long lifespan. In the unlikely event that a light breaks, it can be easily replaced.
