With this unique Satu ceiling light, you bring a natural and stylish atmosphere into your home. The light combines a sleek black metal frame with a handmade lampshade of braided raffia paper. Raffia, derived from the leaves of the raffia palm, is processed into versatile fibres suitable for various interior styles. Whether you have a modern, minimalist or boho-chic interior, this light adds a warm and authentic character to any space.

Technical details

Satu is made from a black metal frame with a handmade raffia paper lampshade. The ceiling plate is Ø10 cm. The total circumference of Satu is Ø38 cm and it is 15 cm high.

E27 lampholder

Satu is supplied without a suitable E27 bulb. You can order this separately with a maximum wattage of 25W. For optimal results, place a warm LED bulb in the ceiling light to create an extra warm light effect. Do you want to control the light intensity yourself? Satu is dimmable with an external wall dimmer switch (not included).

For this light, you need an E27 bulb. You can choose from:

• Dimmable E27 bulbs: with these bulbs, you can adjust the light intensity with a dimmer (not included).
• Dim-to-warm E27 bulbs: the light colour of these bulbs can be easily dimmed. You can choose from various variants such as 2200-2700K or 2700-6500K. 2200K is the colour of candlelight ('extra' warm white) when dimmed and 2700K (warm white) when not dimmed.
• 3-step dimmable E27 bulbs: these bulbs have three light intensities and can be dimmed by pressing the on/off switch multiple times (so you don't need a dimmer).
• WiFi E27 bulbs: a smart bulb that you can control with your smartphone for any desired colour and intensity. This way, you turn your ceiling light into a smart ceiling light.
