What are track spotlights with integrated LED?

With most track spotlights, you need to choose a separate GU10 bulb. These spotlights have the LED built in, so there is no need to choose a bulb or work out the right wattage, light colour or beam angle. Simply click the spotlight onto the track and you are ready to go. This is particularly convenient if you want to install your lighting quickly or are putting together a track system for several rooms at once.

The advantages

Because there is no separate lamp holder, track spotlights with integrated LED can have a more compact, streamlined design. LEDs are also energy-efficient and designed to last for years, which is particularly useful when the track is mounted on a high ceiling and difficult to reach. You will find models with different brightness levels and colour temperatures, such as 3000K for a warm atmosphere or 4000K for clear, functional light in a kitchen or workspace. Integrated LED or choosing your own bulb?

If you choose an integrated LED, you get convenience and a compact design, but the light colour and beam angle are fixed. If you want more control over the direction of the light, for example with a narrow beam angle to highlight a piece of art or a wide beam angle for general lighting, a spotlight with a GU10 lamp holder is the better choice, so you can choose the bulb.
