These dimmable 2.5-watt filament bulbs are ideal for providing atmospheric lighting in your living room, terrace, catering establishment or office lighting. Filament bridges the gap between the cosy appearance of the old-fashioned incandescent bulb and the very low energy consumption and long life of the LED bulb. The polycarbonate cover of the bulb creates an original lighting effect. The filament in the bulb is clearly visible, making the bulbs real eye-catchers. The bulbs can be combined well with our Festoon lighting cables. These bulbs have a diameter of 60 mm and therefore closely resemble a traditional bulb.
Thanks to the dimming function, the brightness of the bulbs can be adjusted to your desired level. This gives you the flexibility to use the bulbs as mood lighting, but also to create more light. The bulbs are dimmable with our IP44 dimming sets with remote control.
With these bulbs, you can choose between 2.5 watts and 3.5 watts. You can find more information about the different wattages in our rangehere.
The light colour of white lamps is expressed in Kelvin. We call 2200 Kelvin (2200K) 'extra' warm white. It is comparable to the colour of candlelight, the light is slightly more yellowish. 2700 Kelvin is the colour of an incandescent lamp, still warm white but slightly less yellowish. Kelvin is a spectrum where the lower the number, the warmer the colour. We sometimes have customers who find 2200K too warm, but on the other hand, we also have customers who find 2700K not warm enough. Fortunately, the vast majority of customers are satisfied with their initial choice of one of the two variants.
Please note! LED bulbs are only suitable for outdoor use in Festoon lighting cables that meet the following conditions:
Lampholder: The fitting must be properly mounted on the cable. Are you using a Festoon lighting cable from another supplier? Check whether it is suitable for our LED bulbs. If in doubt, blow into the fitting (without a bulb). Can you blow through it? Then your Festoon lighting cable is not suitable for LED bulbs. In that case, we recommend replacing it with a separate Festoon lighting cable(sold separately) that is suitable for LED bulbs.
Sealing rings: The fitting must have sealing rings and close correctly around the bulb. Consult the Manual.
