Recessed spotlight black with gold interior - Gia

Recessed spotlight Gia has a striking design. The black fixture with the gold interior is a unique combination and creates a warm lighting effect in your home. The light source is located high up in the recessed spot. In this way, the atmospheric gold interior is clearly visible and provides a unique and attractive appearance.

Technical aspects

The Gia has dimensions of ø 68 mm x 50 mm. With an installation diameter of 62 millimetres and a depth of 50 millimetres, the Gia takes up little space. The recessed spotlight is supplied with friction springs. This makes it easy to clamp the Gia to the ceiling.

The recessed spot has a protection value of IP20 and is therefore suitable for indoors. Please note that because of this protection rating, the Gia is not suitable for use in damp locations.

Downlight with GU10 fitting

The Gia has a GU10 fitting and can handle up to 50 watts (light source not included). Depending on the chosen light source, the recessed spot can be dimmed by means of an external dimmer (not included). Are you looking for a dimmer? Then take a look at our wall dimmers.

For the GU10 light sources, you can choose from:

• 2700K GU10 lamps: Warm white light color, suitable for atmospheric catering establishments, the living room, kitchen, and bedrooms.
• 4000K GU10 lamps : White light color, suitable for areas where good visibility is important, such as offices and conference rooms.
• Dim-to-warm GU10 lamps : With these lamps, the light color changes from 2700K (warm white) to 2200K (extra warm white/candlelight). This way you are flexible in the light effect. The extra warm white light fits well when you want to create a cozy atmosphere, and the warm white color can also be functional when reading a book, for example.
  
• Slim GU10 lamps : A smart lamp that you can control with your smartphone. The app is free and is called 'Smart Life'. The app works on Android, iOS and is also compatible with Google Home and Amazon Alexa. Through the app, you can determine the color and brightness of the spotlight and have the spotlight dimmed.
