We have outdoor lighting with integrated LEDs as well as with a GU10 or E27 lampholder. The advantage of outdoor lighting with integrated LEDs is that you have a ready-made product with no limitations in terms of design. These are therefore often modern and sleek fixtures. The advantage of fixtures with a GU10 or E27 lampholder is that you are completely free to choose the bulb you want to use. For example, you can screw a smart bulb into the outdoor lamp to create a smart outdoor lamp, or you can choose a beautiful filament bulb, where the shape of the filament gives the fixture extra appeal.
We also have solar-powered garden lighting in our range. The advantage of solar is that you don't need to install any wiring, as the outdoor lighting charges itself using the sun. Another advantage of solar outdoor lighting is that it is perhaps the most environmentally friendly option. All solar products have a built-in light sensor so that they switch on when it gets dark outside.
Some outdoor lighting products have a motion sensor. The advantage of a motion sensor is that the outdoor lamp does not stay on unnecessarily when no one is around. Another advantage is that you do not have to switch the light on and off manually. The lamp greets you, as it were, when you come home in the dark in the evening and put your bicycle in the shed or walk to the door. Products with a motion sensor are less suitable if you want to sit in the garden with friends or family and have atmospheric lighting on in the background for a long time. For that purpose, it is better to choose garden lighting without a sensor that you can switch on and off yourself using the light switch. The detection sensitivity of the motion sensor can usually be set manually.
