Set the brightness yourself

With a dimmable G9 LED bulb you can easily adjust the amount of light to suit the atmosphere, from clear light to a softer brightness for the evening. Because of its compact size, a G9 bulb is widely used in designer fittings, such as pendant lights, ceiling lights and wall lights.

How does dimming work?

These G9 bulbs are dimmable with a suitable external LED dimmer. With it, you can adjust the brightness gradually rather than choosing from fixed levels, letting you decide exactly how much light the bulb gives. Always check that the dimmer is suitable for LED lighting and the connected load.

Dimmable or 3-step dimmable?

Already using a dimmer, or want to control the brightness smoothly? Then choose an ordinary dimmable G9 bulb. If you only have a regular on/off switch, our 3-step dimmable G9 bulbs are a handy choice. These switch between fixed brightness levels via the wall switch, without an external dimmer.

Available in other lamp holders too

Dimmable LED bulbs are also available with other commonly used lamp holders. Take a look at our E27 bulbs, E14 bulbs and GU10 bulbs, for example. When choosing, pay attention to the light colour as well as the lamp holder. This is expressed in Kelvin: the lower the number, the warmer the light colour.
