This bulb lets you set the perfect mood, whether you use it indoors or outdoors in a festoon cable.
This 3-step dim-to-warm bulb allows you to adjust both the brightness and colour temperature using your existing wall switch. Choose from 100% brightness with a warm white 2700K glow, 50% brightness at 2500K, or a cosy 10% brightness at 2200K. Simply switch the light off and straight back on to cycle through the settings. The bulb remembers your last chosen setting, so it returns to it the next time you switch it on.
Please note! LED bulbs are only suitable for outdoor use in festoon cables that meet the following conditions:
- Suitable lamp holder: only use these LED bulbs in a festoon cable that is suitable for LED bulbs. All our festoon cables meet this requirement. Using a festoon cable from another supplier? Check whether it is suitable for LED bulbs before use.
- Splash-proof: check whether your existing festoon cable is splash-proof. Blow through the lamp holder (without a bulb fitted). If air passes through, the festoon cable is not splash-proof. In this case, we recommend replacing the festoon cable.
- Sealing ring: the lamp holder must have a sealing ring that fits tightly around the bulb. Refer to the installation guide for correct assembly.
